Terms & Conditions
PAYMENT: Full payment is due within 24 hours of the invoice receipt, the order will not be placed and canceled without payment. Full payment secures your desired date and order in my calendar.
ACCEPTED FORMS OF PAYMENT: Please e-transfer to fancyfrostingbakeshop@gmail.com and make the password bakery if required.
CAKE ORDER & DESIGN CHANGES: Changes in quantities, style, or flavours are permitted and must be finalized no later than 10 days prior to the delivery date. Any changes requested after this date cannot be guaranteed and may be subject to additional charges.
DELIVERY & SET-UP: Please note that delivery and setup are not automatically included. If you wish to include delivery and set up, they can be added for additional charges. Fancy Frosting Bake Shop is not responsible for any damage to the desserts after setup is complete. You are responsible for providing an appropriate and secure table and environment for the items. Cakes are heavy and require a sturdy table and optimal room temperature of 23 degrees or below. Please note that direct sunlight and temperatures of 23 degrees and higher may have drastic and adverse effects on any cake and/or desserts. If you are not able to be present during out agreed upon delivery time, your order will be left in a safe place at the delivery location.
GUARANTEE: Fancy Frosting Bake Shop promises you the best product and service we can provide. However, Fancy Frosting Bake Shop cannot be held responsible for anything that should happen to the desserts once delivery is complete. If an accident occurs during my transportation of your items and they are ruined, a stock replacement will be provided if time and availability allows it - A full refund will be given to you if the order cannot be remade.
PHOTO RIGHTS: Fancy Frosting Bake Shop may photograph your cake prior and upon delivery. We reserve the right to use any photographs for our own reference or for display and /or promotion without compensation to you.
ALLERGIES: Fancy Frosting Bake Shop products may contain or come in contact with milk, wheat, nuts, soy, and other allergens. You agree to notify your guests of this risk for any allergic reactions. Fancy Frosting Bake shop is not responsible for any allergic reactions to guests consuming the product.
INSPIRATION & COPYRIGHT: Inspiration pictures are appreciated but I cannot guarantee a perfect replica as I was not the original baker for those designs. Copyrighted images (think Mickey Mouse and Star Wars) are protected, and I won't be able to replicate them as designs, I can make a similar colour palette though - so let's talk.
COLOUR MATCHING: I will do my best to match colours from your inspiration pictures. Keep in mind, lighting, resolution, and filters make a big difference, especially with undertones and pastels.
REFUNDS & CANCELLATIONS: Notifications of cancellations must be made 14 days prior to the delivery date - 50% of your payment is non-refundable. If there is an issue with your order, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery. We are committed to ensuring your satisfaction and will do our best to address any concerns.
Taste is subjective, and while we strive to create flavours our customers love, we do not offer refunds for personal preference or if a product is not to your individual taste.
